因为长期出差的原因一年要在booking上面订很多很多酒店，每一次都很满意，除了这次的上海智选假日酒- 店，前台服务的女士态度非常非常差，基本素质非常低，更别说酒店的服务素质了，起码的礼貌都没有。很难相信- 是洲际集团旗下的酒店。非常失望！very bad experience and unbeliverble service!!

前台態度還是不錯的.

說是用信用卡擔保的, 到店後可以付RMB的, 但是到店的時候, 信用卡已經付了7天的房費, 望改進. 房間裡的設施已經蠻舊了...

由于忘记了充电器和耳机，后来回家打电话询问的时候，很好的帮忙解决了，环境还不错

1216的窗户，不是很好，隔音不好，可能是窗户坏了，关上的时候，不是很好的隔音。服务费有点小贵，还有- 延后几小时入住的话，那退房的时间也应该相应的推后几小时啊。
